Farmer Tan Gardens (FTG) is a small practice, run by Adam Rosenthal, operating in the St. Croix River valley and the surrounding lakes and watersheds. FTG believes gardens of all shapes and sizes are opportunities to provide for pollinators, restore the health of our lakes and rivers, feed people, increase biodiversity, and make the world a more beautiful place to be.
FTG designs, maintains and installs native lakeshores, raised beds, window boxes, rain gardens, no-mow lawns, prairie restorations, backyard sanctuaries, playgrounds, community gathering spaces, and shares knowledge about native-based plant communities wherever people will listen.
