There is a certain topic and associated group of questions that we are consistently asked about and discuss repeatedly, not only with our clients, but also with many other people in normal, everyday conversation.
And, of course, the topic is this: SUPPLEMENTS!

In our training studios in Arizona and Florida, we educate our clients on proper supplementation, and now YOU can receive the same great information our paying customers get! This is just our way of saying "thanks again!"
So...what supplements should I take?
Fortunately, there is a great answer to this: not many.
In fact, we really only recommend 3. All of them are legal (we wouldn't have it any other way). All of them improve your health. And ALL of them have been proven to help reduce body fat quickly!
Supplement #1: a whole-food based multivitamin/mineral
It has been proven, over and over again, for the last 50+ YEARS, that:
1) Our soil is depleted of most vitamins and minerals needed for the body to function optimally.
2) Even organic food, while it may be void of pesticides, chemicals, hormones, etc., does not somehow miraculously contain more vitamins and minerals. Organic food grows in depleted soil, and thinking any differently is just silly.
(Forgive us for our quick aside: we heartily recommend organic food, but somehow organic food has been elevated to "miracle food" status. It's ridiculous. An "organic" candy bar is NOT healthy.)
3) The typical American diet (or any other country's diet, for that matter) does not even come close to providing the amount of vitamins and minerals necessary for optimum function.
